The Canvas is useful when impact is high, understanding is partial, system boundaries are uncertain, or irreversible action would create hidden risk.
It is not a reporting ritual, an execution plan, or a substitute for judgment. Routine, low-impact, or already-understood execution problems should move directly to the appropriate delivery method.
